Delivering high quality services to organisations and partnerships
Wingspan Consulting is a management consultancy based in Cumbria, with offices in Keswick and Kendal. It was set up in 2005 by its two directors, Guy Huxtable and Quentin Merritt.
We specialise in working with organisations and partnerships that are dedicated to making the world a better place. For example, in the last 15 years or so we have helped:
- Well over a hundred charities and social enterprises providing support to vulnerable and disadvantaged groups (eg older adults, children and young people, people in low income households, people with mental health problems and other disabilities)
- Dozens of organisations committed to conserving and improving heritage (natural, built and cultural), and to enabling a wider range of people to access, enjoy, learning about and help care for that heritage
We help people:
- Set up organisations, projects and programmes
- Engage with key stakeholders
- Improve the way they run their organisations and deliver services
- Evaluate what they have achieved, celebrate successes and learn lessons for future activity
