Recent projects include:
- Reviewing Cumbria County Council's network of Community Development Centres (CDCs) and producing a plan for the development of the network over the coming years
- Working with a large charity to help it review and improve business processes, reduce costs and increase turnover, and ensure the long term viability of its services
- Delivering the Government's Intensive Start Up and Support (ISUS) programme in Copeland and Carlisle in partnership with Cumbria Chamber of Commerce, Social Enterprise and Co-operative Development (Secod) and Co-operative and Mutual Solutions (CMS). This programme provides intensive support to individuals and groups setting up new businesses and social enterprises, and post-start support to enterprises during their first three years' of trading.
- Providing up to two days' free consultancy to existing social enterprises on behalf of the Cumbria Social Enterprise Partnership (CSEP)
- Helping a local charity produce a new strategic plan in response to changes in public policy on mental health
- Carrying out an independent review of a charity in South Lakeland
- Evaluating the West Cumbria Arts Partnership's Organisational Development Thrive! Project
- Conducting a feasibility study for a new computer museum
- Producing an Audience Development Plan for the Clyde and Avon Valley Landscape Partnership application to the Heritage Lottery Fund
