Client: Young Cumbria

Summary: We worked with the Young Cumbria management team to support them through the process of bidding for a public sector contract. This involved working directly with Young Cumbria senior managers to review the capacity of the organisation, identify potential partners for bidding, look at risks and agree a way forward.
