Client: Cumbria Voluntary and Community Sector Infrastructure Forum

Summary: The Cumbria Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) Infrastructure Forum was formed in 2006 to support the development of the VCS in Cumbria as part of the government's ChangeUp programme. We were commissioned to support the ongoing development of the Forum and its Executive Group, devising proformas to map existing provision, developing decision making processes and reviewing and evaluating information around Cumbrian VCS infrastructure needs.
