Summary: This was a programme funded by the Rank Foundation and others to provide 'gap year' placements for young people in Cumbrian voluntary sector organisations. The project ran for 5 years. We were commissioned to evaluate the success of the project, its impact on the young people and the host organisations involved, and its value for money and make recommendations
