Infrastructure Forum

Client: Cumbria Association of Councils for Voluntary Service

Summary: We were commissioned to develop a Forum for infrastructure bodies in the voluntary and community sector (VCS) in Cumbria. This involved extensive consultation with infrastructure bodies and setting up and supporting a Steering Group to produce a robust development plan for the Forum. The project forms part of the Cumbria ChangeUp programme.
