Summary: We have been commissioned by Cumbria Association of Councils for Voluntary Service (CACVS) to undertake a review of the county-wide services it delivers to third sector organisations in Cumbria. This was based on a case study of CACVS's Cumbria Funding Links service, which has been piloted for one year as a county-wide service providing information and advice on funding.
