Our
approach
Our approach to projects is to agree clear
outputs at the start, and manage projects
in stages. At the end of each stage we report on progress, and also tell our
client whether the project is likely to deliver its outputs on time, on budget
and to the standards agreed. This allows quality, cost and time to be controlled,
but also builds in flexibility.
At the start of each project we produce:
- A project plan - setting
out what will be done, when and by whom
- A project brief - detailing the approach to the project,
the scope, any risks and
issues, the key stakeholders, and agreed methods of communication with the
client
- 'Product Descriptions' - stating clearly what is to
be achieved by the project
and how we will know when it is good enough
During our projects we produce regular reports
for clients, comparing progress against the plan and highlighting all issues
or risks. |
